  • Is there a charge for services?

All services provided in the eastern region of Missouri are free of charge. If you are outside of our service area, find national support here.

  • What happens when I call?

You will speak to a mental health clinician who will respond attentively and compassionately to your needs. We will ask you questions about your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and make recommendations for care. The information you provide is always confidential. Get support now.

  • Are calls recorded?

All calls are recorded, but only for the purpose of coaching our staff to meet our high-quality standards. Recordings are never shared outside of BHR. Get support now.

  • What is mobile outreach?

Mobile outreach is offered when we believe callers would benefit from a higher level of intervention. With your permission, mental health clinicians travel to the caller’s residence or a local agency to meet face to face and complete a crisis assessment for the purpose of making recommendations for care. Follow-up services are available to help facilitate callers’ connection to needed services. Get support now.

  • How do I get a copy of my records?

Complete our Records Request Form and submit by fax to 314-469-0412 ATTN: Chris Sandwell, or email it to csandwell@bhrworldwide.com. We recommend the use of encrypted email if possible.

Record requests will be granted within 15 days of receipt of the completed request per HIPAA requirements.
