This mental health presentation designed for young students explains the signs and symptoms our bodies give us when we become dysregulated by comparing to how our body feels when running a fast mile. Youth will identify how their bodies feel after running fast and relate the same feelings and signs in their bodies to dysregulation. We also will discuss the development of healthy, effective coping skills and provide examples students can use at home and school.
