Behavioral Health Response (BHR) is a nonprofit organization comprised of highly trained clinicians and professionals who serve individuals in need with dignity, respect, excellence, and compassion. Through 24-hour access to mental health and crisis response services, BHR delivers timely, trauma‑informed care to communities nationwide.
With more than 30 years of experience, BHR has established itself as a trusted leader in behavioral health response. While BHR maintains physical service locations in St. Louis, Missouri, the organization provides telephonic and remote services across 32 states, supporting a growing national footprint and ensuring access to care across the country.

Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) is a two-day interactive workshop in suicide
first aid. ASIST teaches participants to recognize when someone may have thoughts of suicide
and work with them to create a plan that will support their immediate safety.
